Activities

On board this unique ship you can experience activities prepared for all kind of travelerers.

The best place to snorkel is the Galapagos Marine Reserve. This sport can be practiced always with company of our naturalist guides.

Some of the best spots to do it includes:

  • Fernandina Island – Punta Espinoza
  • Isabela Island – Tagus Cove
  • Tower Island – Prince Phillip’s Steps
  • Floreana Island – Devil’s Crown
  • Bartolome Island – Pinnacle Rock

Galapagos are included in the 10 best places to snorkel in the world.

Galapagos is a well-known paradise, not just for tourists, but also for scientists who are willing to travel and observe this living laboratory.

Hiking in the archipelago is one of the most common activities to perform when you are off the ship with your fellow travelers.

On the inhabited islands there are plenty of hiking options that can be done at your own pace.

Although natural selection takes place all over the globe, nowhere it is more evident than in the Galapagos Islands. You can find some of the most amazing species such as:

  • Galapagos land iguana
  • Marine iguanas
  • Galapagos giant tortoise
  • Darwin’s finches
  • Frigate birds

The Dinghy Rides are also known as the “Pangas”.

This is a common activity that you can experience as it is the only way by which you can embark and desembark from ships in order to reach the sites.

These are rides on an inflated zodiac that take you through the waters while you take a closer look at the marine life around the islands.

This is one the newest activities in the archipelago, the practice of this sport is highly reccomended; due to the calm waters of the pacific ocean. Feel free to try this activity…

If you seek adventure and sustainable tourism activities, kayaking is the sport that fulfills these two options of the adventurous tourist and ecological awareness.

In the Galapagos Islands you can practice this sport at any time of the year since the climate remains between dry and warm.

The advantage of practicing this sport in the sea is that resistance and self-control are put to the test, as it invites the adventurous tourist to self-encounter.
