Reservations will be accepted by email
Once services and availability have been confirmed, you will be sent your respective bill with the final cost via email.
Approval of all bills will be accepted via email. Reservations will be confirmed after the initial deposit has been made.
To guarantee any group or individual reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the invoice is required maximum 7 days after the bill has been approved. Along with the copy of payment, we need to receive guest’s names (as shown on your passport), passport numbers, nationality, dates of birth, allergies, and any dietary restrictions.
The remaining 70% of the invoice should be paid 30 days prior the guests arrival, otherwise the spaces will be released.
For last-minute reservations made fewer than 59 days prior to arrival, we require full payment upon reservation.
Availability cannot be guaranteed until the trip has been paid in full.

Additional fee of 15% of the Price will be charge for bookings in high season on the following dates:

Any cancellation must be done in writing via email. Once the email is received by GALATRAILS, we will determine the charges that will apply to the cancellation.
If cancellations are made 61 days or more prior to departure of your trip, No Penalty
If cancellations are made between 60 – 31 days prior to the start of trip, a 50 % penalty over the total value of the reservation will be apply.
If cancellations are made between 31 days or less prior to the start of trip, a 100 % penalty over the total value of the reservation will be apply.
Please note that bank fees and surcharges might apply when you do wire/bank transfer.
