S/C Nemo II

1.- All rates are in US Dollars and per person, excluding VAT (12% IVA will be levied from local agencies).
2.- Child discount: 20% of net rate. Only applicable for children under 12 years.
3.- Single supplement is 60% of the net rate for regular and early bird rates.
4.- For cabins 1,2,3,4 booked for 4 and 5-day cruises there is USD 500 surcharge p.p.
5.- Single passengers are allowed to book a double cabin on sharing basis willing to share with male or female.
6.- Cabins 1 and 2 are open for single travelers only with single supplement.
7.- All rates mentioned are subject to change in the event of local tax increases or other unforeseen
circumstances.
8.- For Christmas and New Year we only sell 8 days cruises surcharge 10% for Charter and FIT.
9.- Reschedule your cruise if is necessary.

1.- For conrmation a deposit of 20% is required.
2.- If no deposit is received within 10 business days, the hold spaces will be released.
3.- For FITS 80% of the total should be paid 60 days prior the departure date.

1.- Cancellation made after 20% you will received a future credit.
2.- 59 days prior the departure – 100% of the total cruise rate will be retained.

1.- Deposits/Total payments should be received on our bank account on the dates according to the
above-mentioned policy.
2.- If we don´t receive the deposits/total payments according to the above-mentioned procedures we hold the
right to cancel your reservation.
3.- We accept only written cancellations, sent by e-mail.
4.- Penalties for cancellations will automatically be discounted from deposits/total payments.
5.- Passengers must be physically able to enter and exit the boat safely with minimum assistance.
6.- Latintour must issue the flight ticket: if not a penalty will be applied USD 50 per person, local agencies iva
apply.
7.- The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without warning due to weather, National Park
regulations or notifications and unforeseeable circumstances.

1.- To enter in Ecuador & Galapagos Islands you need negative PCR test within 96 hours before of arrival.
(Subject to COE regulations).
2.- Use of mask is mandatory .
3.- Keep social distance.
4.- Wash your hands frequently.
5.- We suggest bringing your own personal security kit.
6.- All passengers must have both medical and travel insurance.
