This itinerary explores San Cristóbal, Española, Floreana and Santa Cruz. Polices and Conditions

In case of cancellation of trips to Ecuador and Galapagos due to COVID -19.

If you cancel your trip due to restrictions related to Covid-19, one of the following statements must be applied for the trip to be rescheduled for free:

  1. You have contracted the virus within 30 days prior to the tour departure and can provide medical evidence (certificate with QR verification code) for support.
  2. The authorities of Ecuador and Galapagos prevent you from entering due to government guidelines and restrictions due to covid-19.
  3. Your country of residence prevents you from leaving due to government regulations due to covid-19.

Only if one or more of the above statements applies, Viajes Unigalapagos S.A. offers a free rescheduling of your trip that must be carried out within the following 12 months from the original date of the cruise. You will be given a credit note for the amount you had paid up to the cancellation date. There will be no returns.

Important note:

Rescheduling your tour is subject to the availability of the yacht. Rescheduled trips must be of similar itinerary, and if the tour price is higher on the new departure date, you will have to pay the difference between the previous lower price and the new higher price. You can reschedule your trip only once.
